Audibly Lost Twitter Lists

I’ve created two Audibly Lost twitter lists focused on Lost bands and Lost podcasters. The band list is a bit slim at the moment, but if you know of any bands I’ve missed (who are on Twitter) please let me know and I’ll add them. Same goes for podcasters.

With the Lost premiere tonight, I thought it’d be a good time to post and draw some attention to a band doing music based on Lost. Check out Sonic Weapon Fence’s MySpace page for some of their music. The band is based in Chicago and has seven songs up to listen to.

Sonic Weapon Fence takes it’s cues from legendary bands like Warp 11, Stovokor and the series of incredibly crappy No Kill One bands. If you’re a Trek fan and don’t know these groups, look ’em up, thank us later. The band’s made up of three singer/songwriters from Chicago IL and Racine WI.

The trio of Patrick Ehlers, Pete Pfarr, and Pete Snyder formed in late March and have been writing songs with vigor and determination since then.

The group will be recording and putting an album out as soon as is reasonably possible.

Five Days Of Season 5: "Coconut Telegraph"
posted 8 years, 1 month ago. by Audibly Lost to Coconut Telegraph, Five Days Of Season 5, Jimmy Buffett, LaFleur, Lost, Lost Music, Season 5

The final song Audibly Lost will be featuring for the Season 5 DVD release, which was yesterday, is Coconut Telegraph, by Jimmy Buffett. While the song itself isn’t in Season 5, it is referenced by Sawyer, during a conversation with Amy, in LaFleur.

Amy: We had a fight. [Sighs]

Sawyer: Must’ve been a doozy.

Amy: Please, Jim. It’s personal.

Sawyer: Personal? You think this isn’t gonna get out? It’ll be on the coconut telegraph by breakfast.
